President’s Report:  Executive Board met for March.
  • Putting the nominating committee together for the annual meeting/elections.
Vice President’s Report:
  • New prospective members asking questions.  Nick has draft email for move up night, questions, etc.
  • Might have sold the old white uniforms
  • No report.
  • Budget for February
    • Approx. $450 in/$150 out
  • Total from Christmas tree pickup - $879.50
  • 1099’s have been corrected and sent to Techs
  • As always, ask Jacklyn for specific details/questions.
Directors Report:
  • Received an email today regarding senior night from Chavez.  Will be combined with athletics.  More details to come.
  • Change in guidelines – we are now approved to do small group performances – up to 100 indoor and 250 outdoor.  Looking into trying to have an outdoor concert towards the end of the year.
  • Band camp – last week of July, 1st week of August.  Check the calendar
Student Accounts:
  • Seniors with credit balances – we need to know where you would like this money distributed – either to one or more other students who still have outstanding balances and could use some help, or to the scholarship fund.  Please let Kathy know.  If you do not choose, it will default to the scholarship fund.
  • Any seniors who still have outstanding balances and have not paid, student obligations forms are being sent to the administration and you may not receive your diploma if you have not paid by graduation.  It’s not too late to settle up your debt.
  • Please contact Kathy if you are unsure of your student account balance or wish to make a payment or have any student account questions.
Committee Reports

  • Chipotle reached out to us for another restaurant night.  Will schedule for April
  • TGIF Friday restaurant night in May, and another being set up for June
  • Looked into selling reusable water bottles.  Unfortunately, the minimum order amount would not make this a profitable fundraiser for us.
  • Bingo has been moved to 9/26.  The Athletic boosters have been notified that we are already booked for September, so they should choose another month for their bingo fundraiser.
  • SCRIP – Denise to send out an email to the general masses about SCRIP to try to increase participation.
